How to keep the bride looking fresh for the big day

You've spent months, maybe even years planning the perfect wedding. Everything is paid off, everything is in order and the weather is looking to be great!

But how do you ensure that you stay looking fresh for the entire day?

First. You'll want to make sure you are completely free of any unwanted hair on your body. You don't want to be looking back at your wedding photo's, years down the line, and see that moustache you always hated, or the chest hair you desperately wanted rid of. Make sure you are freshly shaven that morning/waxed the day before.

Ensure that you drink plenty of water up to the big day to get your skin looking nice and healthy, maybe even get yourself a tan for the big day to give yourself a nice glow!

Make sure that you wipe makeup off and use skin creams before going to bed at night to avoid spots and if you are having your eyebrows done, make sure its done 3-4 days before the wedding to avoid swollen eyebrows in your photo's!

Get your teeth nice and white and practice your smile before the big day. Get it just right. Avoid drinking or eating any foods/drinks that will stain your teeth to ensure they are snow-white.

Make sure that you get enough sleep for the week beforehand and especially on the night before, to avoid tired eyes, tired skin and bags.

Don't use anything new on your face, use what you are used to and know works and you don't react badly with.

Most of all though, don't stress on the big day, let someone else worry about all the little things. Stress will only make you look haggard and no-one wants that on their wedding day!
